Terms of Service

Effective as of [Insert Date]

Welcome to Lowther Loudspeakers.

For over 90 years, we’ve been handcrafting acoustic instruments that reveal music’s soul. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the relationship between you ("you", "your", or "client") and Lowther Loudspeaker Systems Ltd. ("Lowther", "we", "us", or "our") when you interact with our website, products, services, or listening studio experiences ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Promise

Every Lowther loudspeaker is handcrafted to order in our Norfolk workshop or nearby partners in the UK. We offer direct access to our expertise, including private listening sessions, custom commissions, and white-glove delivery. Your journey with Lowther is not a transaction—it’s a relationship built on sonic truth, craftsmanship, and legacy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm that you’re over 18 or have permission from a parent/guardian. You agree to keep your account details accurate and secure. You may not use another person’s account or impersonate anyone else.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Most of our products are built to order and require lead times. We may refuse, cancel, or adjust orders at our discretion, and will inform you promptly if we do. Prices are listed in GBP and may exclude VAT, duties, and shipping unless stated. Custom commissions may require a deposit and are non-refundable after work has commenced.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, most purchases are non-refundable. Drive units and standard accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom speakers and commissioned builds are final sale unless proven faulty. Please refer to our [Refund Policy].
